Job Description
Portfolio are proud to be exclusively representing an award-wining, Software provider based in the heart of Manchester, providing people solutions to over 100,000 business across the UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

What are they looking for?
· Minimum of 3 year in a similar role or a degree in a related field (e.g., Design, Psychology, Sociology) with an understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
· Understanding of Qualitative & Quantitative Research: Foundational knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and when each should be used.
· Attention to detail: You excel at preparing and reviewing research materials and data with accuracy, ensuring the quality of insights delivered.
· Passionate and Curious: You have a genuine interest in UX research and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.

Technical Skills
