Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager
Location: South East, London and Home Counties (other regions Scotland and North East, Yorkshire / North / West England, Sussex and South Coast, South Wales)
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 DOE + Commission and Permanent Benefits
Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car
Commission: Yes – On Revenue and well rewarded (if have the Fire Safety sales exp.)
Leads: 20% provided, with opportunities to generate new clients as 80% focus
Industry: MUST have Fire compliance sales experience selling Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems or Fire service contracts or extinguishers at an account level
Sales: Would be used to generating £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in UK.

Can sell across verticals from Hospitals and health, National Accounts, Shopping centres, Leisure, Retail, Datacentres, commercial or other specialisms you may have contacts with so you can get contracts for your FIA / BAFE Fire protection company.
Company: They are a National dedicated Fire Protection and Detection (Fire Safety / Fire Compliance) company committed to building a passionate team of sellers. Their mission is to provide comprehensive fire compliance solutions to their clients, ensuring their safety and peace of mind, and want local people who can sell, consult, listen to companies and become their Fire Compliance supplier / partner. You would have worked for another Fire Detection / Fire Protection company… but maybe aren\’t getting the support or reward that this fresh start can.
What You\’ll Be Doing as a Fire Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager (Fire Solutions) …
- Selling a range of fire safety products at a high level as well as maintenance contract services, for products to be maintained and installed such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages such as risk assessments.
- Sell maintenance and new systems (don\’t have to be technical, but do need to have worked for a FIA or BAFE company!) offering tailored Fire Protection solutions to meet your clients needs.
- Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while also seeking out new business opportunities (this is a sales role, not account management… and you should enjoy hunter and development type role, as a BDM, Business development Manager
- You will have and enjoy Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive fire compliance sales and achieve new business targets winning new companies and expanding clients.
