The Role: Team Leader – Supported Living
As a Team Leader, you’ll support multiple services across Sheffield and surrounding areas, providing leadership to support teams and enabling adults with complex needs to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, hands-on support to individuals in supported living services
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of dignity, equality, and inclusion
- Empower people to exercise choice and control in all aspects of their care and daily life
- Inspire and supervise your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
- Manage rotas, conduct staff supervisions, and ensure compliance with CQC and company standards
- Encourage independence and community engagement through meaningful activities and goal setting
