We are looking for a Business Manager to run our Rexel Birkenhead Branch, working a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
As a Business Manager, you\’ll be taking ownership of the day-to-day branch operation, driving exceptional customer service to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching across the team to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.
Ideally, you will have previous management experience within an electrical wholesale environment – although we will consider candidates from other industries, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase, and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.
