The Social Work Resources aim to promote social welfare and provide effective care and support to meet the needs of vulnerable people in South Lanarkshire.
In partnership with community planning partners, voluntary, and independent provider organisations, we offer a range of services to enable, support, improve, and protect the health and social care of service users.
The successful applicant will have experience caring for older people, preferably in a residential setting, and be familiar with all aspects of personal care. You will be able to construct person-centred support plans, implement, review, and evaluate their effectiveness. You will contribute to assessment and review processes and administer medicines as prescribed. Shift and weekend work are essential.
The candidate must hold a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an HNC, or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
