Job Title: Learning Technologist

Salary: £32,624 – £35,325 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)

Base: Kings Lynn

We are expanding our digital offer as part of our digital strategy and as a result we are growing our team by recruiting for a Learning Technologist to join our fantastic Technology Enhanced Learning team on a full-time basis. This is a varied and rewarding role working with staff across all of our campuses to enhance their knowledge of skills and techniques to get the best out of technology for teaching and learning. You will provide operational support for the organisation, management, creation and promotion of e-learning, online learning platforms and digital learning technologies in order to support the teaching and learning activities of the College.

We are constantly striving to innovate as enhanced technologies becomes increasingly crucial to young peoples\’ educational development to prepare them for their future careers. Current projects include the use of augmented reality and drones in education as well as building interactive online learning packages to build students wider skills. This role will help to develop the skills of our staff, which in turn enhances the overall learner experience.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Technology Enhanced Learning team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength, working to use technology to improve teaching and learning. This role trains and support college staff in the effective use of digital technologies in and out of the classroom. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
