Our client, a well-established and reputable Mechanical & Electrical building services company, has an excellent client and sub-contractor reputation and is currently expanding due to high workloads. This is an office-based role in and around Greater London. This opportunity allows you to join a growing business and become a key member of the organization as they expand.
They are seeking to recruit an Electrical Estimator who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work on their own initiative.
Package
- Salary: up to 65K – 70K plus package depending on experience and qualifications
- 5K car allowance
- Workplace pension scheme
- Optional healthcare
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Requirements
- At least 3 years\’ experience
- Successful experience estimating electrical projects of £50K to £1.5 million
- Experience with projects ranging from small shop fit-outs to larger commercial offices
- Valid driving license
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player
- Hold a CSCS card
- Knowledge of BS 7671, 5266, 5839, and CG 2391 standards
- Experience with estimating software like SES Cypher1 is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Excel and Word
