  • Work closely with children aged 411 with Autism and associated learning difficulties.
  • Support pupils with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs, using structured routines and therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide personal care including toileting, feeding, and changing, with dignity and empathy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement tailored education and care plans.
  • Encourage independence, emotional regulation, and engagement in classroom activities.
