We’re looking for someone to manage the Front of House delivery for the regional commercial portfolio of a leading property management company! We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in Front of House, Concierge or Reception, with a commercial mindset, who’s looking to advance their career in the commercial property industry.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Delivering high quality customer service throughout the regional commercial portfolio.
  • Leading, developing, and managing on site FM teams to ensure Front of House standards are met and upheld.
  • The portfolio primarily covers Manchester (which is where you will be based out of), with some assets in other areas in the UK. So, travel will be necessary dependant on each property’s service agreement.
