VEHICLE TECHNICIANS & MOT TESTERS REQUIRED

We’re the UK’s Largest Automotive service, maintenance and repair business and we are currently recruiting for a number of Vehicle Technicians (all levels of experience- Mechanic and MOT Tester ) to join our autocentres nationwide. This is a really exciting opportunity to join Halfords. Many of our centres are being upgraded with the latest facilities to create a great working environment.

Skills and Experience required:

  • NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Must have experience in servicing and repair work including clutches, timing belt replacements, head gasket and brakes.
  • Should have the ability to carry out diagnostic work on brakes, steering/suspension, engine.
  • Current MOT Testing licence required for MOT tester positions.
  • Full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
