Job Overview

A global manufacturing business has an exciting vacancy for a Service & Contracts Co-Ordinator to join their team within the service and planning department. If you have experience working in manufacturing or engineering, apply today!

Key duties will include:

  1. Liaising with new and existing clients to negotiate and update service agreements
  2. Building proposals and carrying out cost calculations after collaborating with sales teams to produce contracts
  3. Reviewing processes and communicating with departments to assess service levels, producing reports and analysis to measure performance
  4. Providing escalation support to clients regarding critical queries and assisting department managers in resolving issues
  5. Maintaining strong client relationships
  6. Identifying potential cost-saving measures within agreements to stimulate business growth
