The Team Leader is responsible for supervising the factory team and ensuring high standards for quality and EHS (environment, health & safety).
What you’ll do:
- Direct and delegate workload for the team, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure products meet Quality Procedures.
- Authorize completed check sheets and stillage sheets for dispatch.
- Conduct end-of-shift checks, including equipment maintenance, work survey, and EHS standards compliance.
- Uphold safety and security at the factory as a designated key holder.
What you’ll bring:
- Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience.
- Leadership and supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction industries.
