A leading biotech is seeking a Digital Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of digital and IT projects, including compliance activities, SaaS onboarding, and website enhancements. Reporting to the Head of Delivery & Programmes, you will work within an established PMO, driving quality delivery on time and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
With a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and governance, this role involves creating and managing project plans, maintaining RAID logs, and overseeing reporting. Success will require a balance of execution excellence, interpersonal skills, and a data-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a project delivery role, delivering small, medium, ad large sized projects
- Experience working in Life Science from a pharmaceutical or biotechnical organisation
- Proven ability to deliver a broad range of digital projects in scope, to time, and budget
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional leads, being engaging and balancing firmness with empathy
- Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to create and maintain RAID logs, governance and reporting documents, and project plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you are collaborative, empathetic, and culturally aware
Required professional registrations or qualifications (e.g. registered nurse):
- Project Management Qualification
- Educated to a degree level or higher (or equivalent experience)
Core Details:
This is a 12-month contract paying £500 per day Outside IR35 and requiring travel to the Cambridge office 2-3 days per week. There is a provisional start date of 17th February 2025.
