To provide administrative and practical support to a visually impaired Co-production Officer in the Adult Social Care team.
Main Responsibilities 1. Help create and proof-read visual materials (e.g. posters, leaflets). Use Canva or similar training can be provided.
2. Describe visual content like graphics or websites to make them accessible.
3. Take notes in meetings for the Co-production Officer as required.
4. Support the officer in getting to meetings and events, including booking venues and travel. Provide support at meetings and events (e.g. guiding, reading materials).
5. To work to defined business standards and processes; performing a wide range of business support tasks with due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding.
6. Undertake data input and data management ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Experience and competence using Microsoft IT and common business support packages including word processing and spreadsheets.
