Job Title: Roll Forming Machine Setter – Rotating Shifts
Location: West Bromwich
Hours: 39 hours/week (3-week rotating shift pattern)
Pay: £13.00/hour + 22%/25% shift allowance
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Roll Forming Machine Setter to join our manufacturing team in West Bromwich. This full-time role involves setting and operating roll forming lines and related machinery on a rotating shift pattern, including nights.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in metal processing or machine operation who wants long-term stability, development, and excellent company benefits.

Key Duties

Set up and run roll forming lines, presses, and support equipment

Monitor quality and adjust machinery for consistent performance

Complete production and quality checks and documentation

Keep the workspace clean and organised (5S standards)

Follow all health & safety procedures

Work with supervisors to meet production targets

Support continuous improvement efforts and other duties as required

Shift Pattern (3-week rotation)

Week 1

Mon–Thurs: 06:00 – 14:00

Fri: 06:00 – 13:00

Week 2

Mon–Thurs: 14:00 – 22:00

Fri: 13:00 – 20:00

Week 3 (Nights)

Sun–Weds: 22:00 – 06:00

Thurs: 22:00 – 05:00

Experience in roll forming, metal processing, or similar environments

Ability to operate and adjust machinery
