The Role:

Join our team at New Forest Community Link as a Driver. You will work split shifts from 8:15 am – 10:00 am and 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm, safely transporting passengers between locations using our minibus.

What you’ll do:

  • Enable people using our services to access personalized activities.
  • Provide a warm welcome and friendly face to passengers.
  • Ensure passengers have a comfortable and safe journey.
  • Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
  • Demonstrate patience, compassion, and empathy, even in challenging situations.

What we’re looking for:

  • A full driver’s license with a Category D1 code (or equivalent). MIDAS training will be provided if not already completed.
  • Reliability and commitment to punctual, professional service.
  • Ability to assist passengers with mobility issues, including wheelchair users.
  • Understanding and sensitivity to individual needs, with adaptable communication skills.
