Territory Manager – Midlands (Whole Midlands)
DNA Life is currently partnered with a Medical Device Company specialising in surgical devices designed to address urological disorders such as urinary incontinence, kidney stones, and enlarged prostates. Their portfolio includes cutting-edge technology like fluid management systems, lasers, and consumables for endourology.
This is an exciting new sales opportunity to work in Interventional Urology. The role involves working with a range of surgical devices to help people who suffer from urological disorders such as urinary incontinence, kidney stones, and enlarged prostates.
The position is part of a company that has a long history as a contract manufacturer for major brands. Their subsidiary, built with insights from clinicians and nurses worldwide, has expanded to over 70 countries in just 10 years. The company is based in Monaco, and manufactures most of its consumables in-house. Their portfolio includes capital equipment such as fluid management systems, holmium lasers, thulium lasers, and consumables for endourology.
Experience Required:
- Sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, show resilience and drive results in a competitive environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with operating room protocols and hospital purchasing processes
- Willingness to travel extensively (<50%)
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities.
- Cultivate business partnerships with key decision makers, and product in-services, as well as driving market share and sales growth.
- Manage your territory in a strategic manner, splitting your time between key accounts and growth opportunities.
- Sell and service the Company portfolio of Endourology and General Urology product lines.
