A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in Kent are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to support the current Quantity Surveying Director.
The Associate Quantity Surveyors role
Working alongside a Director, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will have the confidence and personality to manage and lead the QS team, whilst also being able to take on projects. Thus, freeing up the QS Director to focus more on business development.
Therefore, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be comfortable carrying out pre and post contract tasks, delegating, mentoring, and being the main contact for certain clients.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Kent based and happy to be in the office 3-4 days a week
- Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Must have recently worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Management experience would be a plus
- Client facing, ambitious personality
