Here you’ll be managing NPD projects from concept to launch for major retail customers. You’ll be creating new concepts in culinary-led product categories, working on new premium ranges.
This is a customer-facing NPD role, developing new products to meet customer briefs, leading customer meetings and presentations, and ensuring all projects follow the stage-gate process. You’ll be supported by the site process and technical teams, a central culinary team, and report into the site NPD Manager.

It’s a hands-on, site-based NPD role working Monday-Friday during office hours. To succeed, you’ll need experience working in an NPD team, developing products from concept to launch. Ideally, you’ll have a Food Science or related degree with knowledge of retailer’s ways of working. Super-passionate about all things food-related, you’ll keep abreast of the latest trends and love creating in the kitchen.
