Job Title: Payroll Team Leader Salary: Up to £35,000 Location: Wiltshire, United Kingdom Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the payroll team, ensuring effective operations and high standards of performance. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging potential new clients to foster business growth. Oversee the payroll preparation and processing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion. Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and requirements throughout the payroll process.
