You will continue to fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to meet specific GenAI business outcomes.
- Accelerating Content Creation: Automating and enhancing how BCG U teams create modules, simulations, assessments, and supporting materials – using GenAI tools to dramatically reduce time-to-launch.
- Enhancing Delivery Workflows: Improving how programs are deployed through tools like developing custom GPTs, agents, agentic workflows, intelligent nudging, auto-generated learner comms, workflow integrations (e.g., LMS, analytics), and dynamic personalization. Share expertise and perspectives on alternate approaches & tools to improve end solution
- Enabling Data Ecosystems: Designing systems that collect, connect, and visualize learning and engagement data to support ROI measurement and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating Across Roles: Acting as a connector between technical, design, and delivery teams – understanding their needs and building workflows that enable their success. Collaborate closely with data engineers, LLM engineers, Full stack AI engineers, QA, product owners and analysts to create and operationalize data & AI pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance and security requirements.
What You\’ll Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in technology, software engineering or data science/ML
- AI/ML & LLM engineering skills (e.g., fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating model performance)
- Demonstrated fluency in building GenAI products at scale and leveraging GenAI technologies , APIs, building and developing custom agents and agentic workflows .
- Strong interest in and/or past direct experience building workflow automation (e.g., VBA-based tools)
- Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering, API integration, and debugging GenAI behaviors
- Familiarity with or curiosity about adult learning, edtech, instructional content, LMS / L X P platforms, etc.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable moving between code, content, and cross-functional conversations
- A builder\’s mindset – thrives on experimentation, iteration, and enabling others with smart systems
