The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of hands-on audit exposure to further develop their technical skills and progress within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with audit fieldwork, including planning, testing and reporting
  • Preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP and FRS 102
  • Supporting Audit Seniors and Managers on a varied client portfolio, including SMEs and larger corporates
  • Drafting clear and concise working papers and maintaining audit files
  • Liaising with clients to request information and resolve queries

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of audit experience within a UK accountancy firm
  • Actively studying towards ACA/ACCA (or planning to begin)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (due to client site visits)
