About the role
A vital part of our work is explaining and articulating ideas to a broad range of audiences, transforming those ideas and making them a reality. Micro-management is not our style, and we look for our team to have initiative, be proactive and can work well independently and as part of a team with Red Kite’s other team members including other disciplines. We require a Landscape Architect who has design flare, a good eye for detail and excellent design communication skills. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a high degree of competency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD together with some relevant post graduate work experience and have obtained or be working towards Chartered Status.

Responsibilities

What do we need from you?

  • Hold a degree level qualification (or higher) in a landscape architecture subject.
  • Appropriate experience for the level of post.
  • Obtained or working towards relevant level of CMLI.
  • Knowledge of planning system.
  • Knowledge and experience of construction design requirements, including CDM.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of using a range of software.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team across the company and other disciplines to maximise project potential.
  • Valid driving license and access to own car insured for business use (if required).
