The Company

We are now looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of private rented sector (PRS) clients, ensuring that their objectives for the rental of their properties are met.

Specifically, you will support the full tenancy lifecycle, from producing move-in packs and contracts to completing the renewal process or negotiating deposit returns and deductions.

Ensuring compliance with all government and industry legislation you will proactively oversee inspection bookings and any resultant improvement works, confirming residences meet safety regulations such as EICRs, Gas Certificates and EPCs.

Additionally, you will:

– Confirm tenant references
– Manage post-move-in records, including updating the CRM database
– Process contractor invoices for payment

An individual who will put the needs of our clients first. Experience of working in a customer service environment is essential, we’re looking for an engaging communicator who can build an excellent rapport with our clients.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Property can be a dynamic sector, so we’re looking for an organised individual who can positively adapt to change and drive for optimal outcomes.

A professional with an eye for detail. Working in our offices you will need the ability to use both MS Office and learn our internal systems, whilst completing documents with accurate spelling and grammar.

Ideally, you will have some experience working within the lettings industry, but we’re hoping to hear from an individual who will live and breathe our family values.
