What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
- A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers feel safe and understood.
- A dedicated learner: Absorbing knowledge on the road and in structured learning settings.
- A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving in all conditions.
- A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues and enable customers to continue their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
- NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
- A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have category BE (towing), we’ll fund it for you.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
