Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Southeast Asian restaurant with their search for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.

This busy and well-known site serves up a selection of Southeast Asian dishes to its loyal clientele. They would like to take the site to the \”next level\”, increasing the number of covers and the dining experience, adding a bar menu and wine pairings.

Our client\’s ethos is to cook traditional Asian cuisine using modern techniques. They have a true passion for Hampshire ingredients paired with imported spices from China, Malaysia, and Thailand.

You should have experience in restaurant management and understand Southeast Asian cuisine.
