Currently, we have an opening for the position of CEO/Director for a leading government hospital – Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer based in Doha, Qatar . The employer is a prestigious and leading healthcare institution in the Middle East. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, business planning, sales strategies, finance , and overall strategic planning . The primary focus of the role is to lead the organization towards sustainable growth and operational excellence .

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably from universities in the US, Europe, UK, NZ, or Australia.
  • Experience: Minimum 13 years in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a CEO / Director role . Experience in a large tertiary hospital is mandatory.
  • Current Role: Applicant must currently hold the position of CEO/ Director and have experience working in a 500+ bedded hospital .
  • Candidates with prior experience in NHS UK or those currently working in NHS UK are highly preferred.
