Overview and Responsibilities
This role involves working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a new SEN provision at Aurora Vincent House School in Horsham, West Sussex. The position is permanent and full-time, supporting young autistic people aged -. The role includes supporting lessons, leading some lessons, and collaborating with therapy and teaching colleagues across various subjects and activities. The HLTA will also support or lead learning, deliver strategies from the clinical team, and provide feedback to parents and professionals. The role offers opportunities for training, working with an in-house clinical team, and involvement in extracurricular activities.
