Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Operations Control Manager to join our AWESOME Park Operations Team!
The Operations Control Manager will oversee the operational control function, managing the team and ensuring the smooth daily running of all on park resource. You will lead the first response and resolution of any on park incidents, ensuring clear communication across the resort to all relevant stakeholders and any guest impact is minimised. As an experienced manager you will ensure that your team have all the tools and training they require in order to deliver their function to the best of their abilities, seeking new and innovative solutions to continuously improve the service this team deliver.
As the senior manager within this team you will drive best practice and exceptional service, using your operations experience to ensure your team are coordinating and collaborating across the resort with the relevant teams. You will utilise your experience to positively impact both our guest and staff KPIs, set and adhere to department SLAs, and foster a culture of belonging within your team. Your operational background will support your comprehensive health & safety knowledge and you will ensure policy compliance, actively sharing your suggestions for health & safety improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Operations Management, ideally in a theme park setting
- Previous experience managing a team is essential
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Data driven, with a history of utilising data to inform process improvement
- Must have experience within incident management and resource allocation
- A clear and confident communicator, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, cross functional teams and the wider resort as necessary

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for an Operations Control Manager to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
