We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter to join the team at 18 Week Support!
As a Clinical Recruiter, you will take ownership of managing a group of clinicians within your designated specialty. Your role will involve guiding them through every stage of their journey with 18 Week Support, including recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling. You will work closely with the Onboarding and Service Delivery teams to ensure their experience is seamless, efficient, and supportive at every step.
In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals interested in partnering with 18 Week Support. You will deliver a top-notch candidate experience by initiating contact, providing exceptional support, and ensuring an extraordinary experience whilst working with 18 Week Support.
Responsibilities as a Clinical Recruiter include:
- Managing a specialty desk, including rostering shifts and recruiting new clinical workers based on demand.
- Coordinating with the Operations and Commercial teams to understand organisational needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Using various sourcing techniques to identify and recruit applicants through multiple channels.
- Implementing and managing local marketing campaigns via social media and advertising platforms to attract in-demand talent.
- Developing strong relationships with candidates and overseeing the entire recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling experience.
- Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure candidates successfully complete their onboarding journey.
- Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of two years of recruitment experience, preferably within Health, Education, or Public Sector.
- Exceptional headhunting skills.
- Strong Recruitment sales background.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience + bonus
