Are you a passionate teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and consistent work? GSL Education is excited to welcome new supply teachers to our friendly and supportive team this September!
We understand that many supply agencies are struggling to offer teachers the number of days they need – but at GSL, we’re proud to do things differently. We can confidently offer a minimum of 3 days’ work per week, with many of our experienced teachers fully booked on full-time, long-term placements if preferred.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT eager to build classroom confidence and gain experience across different schools, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll have the opportunity to teach across a variety of year groups, with current demand especially high in EYFS, KS1, and Upper Key Stage 2.
What we’re looking for:
Flexible, adaptable teachers ready to jump into different classroom settings
Enthusiastic educators with a passion for helping children thrive
ECTs looking to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience
Teachers open to working 3–5 days per week
The successful candidate will:
- Valid residence permit and right to work in the UK.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- An enhanced DBS (child workforce) registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
- Proven teaching experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
