Calibre Search has a new role available for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Leeds City Centre.
This position offers career development and job satisfaction within a thriving national consultancy that has been operating in the North East market for many years. The company is known for providing a range of services including project management, quantity surveying, and Employers Agent work on high-profile commercial and residential developments.
You will assist Associates and Directors on various tasks, supporting your progression towards MRICS Chartered status.
Ideal candidates are Quantity Surveyors with post-degree experience, familiar with cost planning or Employers Agent services within a consultancy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage client interactions at all levels.
- Maintain professional presentation, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- Provide Pre & Post Contract services such as Final Accounts, BOQs, and measurements.
- Engage in Project Management, Employer Agent services, on-site travel, and inspections.
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited field.
- Have previous experience in a construction environment, preferably within consultancy or client-side roles.
