Clinical Pharmacist Required For Remote Role
Up to full time hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00)
Completing Medication reviews, SMR’s, Prescription queries etc.
Available until the end of March (possibility of extending)
Must be an independent prescriber & have completed, enrolled or exempt from CPPE Pathway (this will need to be evidenced).
You will need to have access to Emis Web or Systm1
