Renowned for the quality of their products, service, and staff, they have built a strong reputation over the years.
The ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to promote their premium timber windows and frames to architects, developers, builders, installers, contractors, and others. Key responsibilities include:
- Account management of the existing client base
- Work closely with the design and estimating teams
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Working UK-wide
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
This role involves both new build and refurbishment projects, generally including listed buildings.
The CANDIDATE
Our client seeks an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Manager with the ambition to build a career within a successful, expanding construction company. The ideal candidate will possess:
- BDM field sales experience
- Background in selling into the built environment market sector
- Proven track record of winning and nurturing ongoing business
- A good understanding of the route to market (architects, developers, builders, installers, contractors)
SALARY & BENEFITS
£45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance and an uncapped additional £10,000 OTE.
LOCATION
This UK-wide role is suitable for candidates living in or near Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Coventry, Norwich, Ipswich, King\’s Lynn, Northampton, Peterborough, Cambridge, Colchester, Lincoln, Birmingham, or surrounding areas.
