Totum Partners are working with a top-tier international law firm based in the City of London to recruit an experienced E-Billing Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team within a well-established global firm.
The E-Billing Administrator will be responsible for:
• Uploading e-Bills to client systems
• Maintaining and updating the e-Billing log
• Reviewing daily alert reports
• Liaising with global teams to resolve e-Billing queries
• Reconciling bills issued in Elite with various e-Billing platforms
• Supporting changes in team structure, staff location, or services as needed
• Contributing to the firm’s Responsible Business programme
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous e-Billing experience
• Strong Excel skills
