Responsibilities and Duties

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing transfer pricing documentation and involved in leading advisory projects.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Conducting in-depth functional analysis interviews, utilising active listening to uncover and document entity roles in risk management and intangibles (DEMPE).
  • Foreseeing various transfer pricing (TP) solutions for different scenarios and collaborating with the team to effectively apply TP principles to real-world situations.
  • Overseeing the enhancement of overall profitability through strategic use of technology, pricing strategies, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Managing transfer pricing projects from the initial business development phase through to successful delivery.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

Candidates will need to have the appropriate qualifications (ACA/CTA/ADIT) with significant experience operating as an AM/Manager.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience of preparing/reviewing/delivering Transfer Pricing policy design and planning
  • Multi-jurisdictional documentation projects.
  • Managing and leading teams for success.
  • Ideally exposure to Thin Capitalisation projects.
