A well-established and growing building consultancy in Cardiff is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong technical expertise who is ready to take on more responsibility and provide leadership in project delivery. You will have the chance to work across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, and residential, with a focus on delivering high-quality success for clients.
The Role:

Leading the delivery of both project and professional work, from inception to completion

Providing advice on a wide range of building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence

Liaising directly with clients, ensuring clear communication and high standards of service

Managing a small team, mentoring junior surveyors and supporting their professional development

Contributing to the strategic direction of the team and assisting in winning new business

MRICS qualified with substantial experience in building surveying
