One of Avanti\’s clients in the Somerset area is looking for an embedded software engineer to join their multi-disciplinary R+D team. You\’ll work with a mixture of firmware, software, hardware, and mechanical engineers with an emphasis on new product development.
Essential skills:
3yrs+ experience in an embedded software/firmware role, developing firmware for bare metal or real-time MCUs
Strong knowledge of embedded C & Python
Strong knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.)
Familiarity with Git
Great to have:
Electronic/Hardware knowledge
