The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join at ground level and shape the future of our commercial property division. As Commercial Property Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of commercial property and auction sales, driving growth, managing key relationships, and leading valuation and negotiation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Commercial Property Sales department from inception
- Value and appraise new commercial property instructions
- Manage and negotiate sales through both private treaty and auction channels
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in commercial property sales
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of the auction process is a plus but not essential
