Our Client is a Blue Chip Construction Contractor whom due to an expanding workload are looking for a Design Coordinator to join their small team in Woking. The role is long term with over 9 years of work already secured!! The role based near Woking will include the following: Helping to assist the engineering assurance process for Design Manager and external consultants. Managing design change and serving as the primary point of contact for technical queries during both construction and design phases Liaising with the client to understand and deliver their specific requirements Assisting the design team, design consultants, and construction partners develop technically and economically efficient engineering solutions including reverse engineering.You will ideally possess the below: Degree (or equivalent experience) Experience working on construction new build and refurbishment projects Ideally AutoCAD, Revit, BIM design experience Own car and drive Please note this a long term opportunity and the option if successful to go permanent after 14 weeks.
