Senior Estates Surveyor
Salary: £52,413 – £57,881 per yearHours: 37 per weekContract: PermanentLocation: North West A leading public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join its busy Estates Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a varied and unique property portfolio that supports both the local economy and the community.
Key responsibilities
Managing lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and valuations.Overseeing service charges, easements and property transactions.Providing expert advice on landlord and tenant matters.Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to strategic estate decisions.
Candidate requirements
MRICS qualified (or working towards), ideally a RICS Registered Valuer.Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and estates management.Experience in commercial property within the public or private sector.Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.Proactive, resilient and able to manage competing deadlines.
