Job Purpose Summary:
As a Territory Manager, you will manage and grow territory sales for the Corza Medical product portfolio within the NHS and private sector healthcare providers, in both clinical and surgical settings. This is to cover the Ophthalmology and Dermatology Business Unit. The assigned territory for this role is North Wales, North West England and Scotland. Candidates should reside within the territory.
What you will do:
- Build and foster strong customer relationships within the territory.
- Identify opportunities with new customers and develop tailored solutions dependent upon customer need.
- Ensure time allocation and focus is aligned with defined company sales strategy.
- Execute defined UK Key Account strategies at local account level.
- Manage and grow sales within existing customer base ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Ensure all contact details and agreed activities are updated in CRM system in a timely manner ensuring these are GDPR compliant.
- Complete monthly customer activity and sales reports including detail on sales pipeline.
- Provide tailored training sessions to customers dependent upon identified need.
- Adhere to all company policies and willing to work to high standards at all times.
What you will need (job requirements):
- Degree level qualification in life sciences or business.
- Minimum 3 years selling into theatres and clinics.
- Knowledge of NHS and private sector sales cycle is a must.
- Ophthalmic experience highly desirable. Dermatology or medical sector would be beneficial.
- Strong numerical, analytical skills to evaluate the commercial approach.
- Strong people skills to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in utilising Microsoft office suite e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
