We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Porter to join our Accommodation Services Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues, contributing to our positive, diverse, and caring community.
As a Floor Porter, your main duties will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, back of house areas, and offices, performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Assisting with department deliveries, including receipt and storage of orders
- Reporting malfunctioning equipment and maintenance issues to a Manager
- Training new starters when required
- Performing other duties as assigned by Management
- Following procedures related to LQA standards
You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
