Customer Advisor role based at our Birmingham North dealership (857 Tyburn Rd, Erdington, Birmingham B24 9NY, United Kingdom).

  • A competitive bonus OTE of up to £40k.

Customer Advisor Role Overview

This role is a key member of our Aftersales team. You will act as the main link between our customers and our technicians and guide them through the Stellantis &You customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Propose and sell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
  • Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
  • Estimate repair costs and times.
  • Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
  • Inform and update customers on progress or additional required works.
  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor. A full valid UK driving licence and a proven track record in automotive or customer service environments are required.
