Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator
- Applications are now invited from Trainees looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become Estate Agents. Candidates should have a strong sales background, such as in car sales, mobile telephone sales, or membership sales, and must have their own car and a valid driving license.
- You will receive an initial 6-month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata, dependent on the candidate) while building your sales pipeline (commission). During this period, you cannot earn less than this guaranteed amount. Afterward, a basic salary of up to £16,000 will be offered, with realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 in year 1, increasing in year 2, plus a 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
- The commission structure is highly attractive: 5% personal sales commission plus 2.5% personal commission for booking the Property Market Appraisal (PMA). If you book the PMA and the property goes on the market, you earn 2.5% commission upfront. When the property sells, you earn an additional 5%, totaling 7.5% commission on the sale.
Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly contact qualified applicants, advise on suitable properties, and arrange viewings.
- Negotiate with potential buyers, prioritizing clients\’ interests.
- Coordinate transactions, provide excellent customer service, expedite processes, and secure future recommendations.

- Introduce clients to Mortgage Consultants.
- Meet service standards set by the company.
- Achieve sales targets as agreed with the Branch Manager.
