Job Description
This is a key role in fostering a positive safety culture and driving change at the Wolverhampton facility, while ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and ISO standards.
Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will work within a small team, taking responsibility for all HSE activities at the facility. Your responsibilities will include managing the legal register, hazard and risk identification, issuing and managing permits to work, accident investigation, developing and delivering HSE toolbox talks, and maintaining the plant & equipment register.
This role suits a proactive candidate motivated by problem-solving and driving solutions forward. You must be a team player with strong influencing and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively at all levels within the business.

- Experience within a similar manufacturing environment
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
