Relationship Manager – HR Services

In this role, you will be responsible for owning relationships with strategic ADP partners and support the Partnership & Business Development Director (PBDD) in key strategic initiatives to rapidly increase revenues from ‘Beyond Payroll’ (HRO) services. You will be expected to become a Market Expert in the world of HRO services and support the business in broadening the ADP service offering.
Through collaboration, your long-term objective is to support the UK business in offering a suite of profitable and sustainable service offerings that meet the needs of ADP clients as they manage their workforce through the employee lifecycle. This role will be critical in enabling ADP UK to penetrate new markets and be recognized as an end-to-end HCM solution for both new and existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maximise Existing Partnerships – Build, maintain, own and grow strong working relationships with partners to deliver improved partner experiences. Build strong operational relationships and help in identify additional revenue and cost saving opportunities in the existing partner base, whilst also protecting existing revenues.
• Assist the PBDD with assessing market insight, analysis and research of beyond payroll opportunities. This includes- but is not limited to working with existing clients, prospects, internal ADP teams, and the external wider market.
• Assist with the end-to-end onboarding of any new re-selling partners in the UK. Work with the business to ensure that ADP UK is ready and able to enter a successful commercial and business relationship with any partners going forward.
• Work with the Partnership & Business Development Director to understand the current commercial models of ADPs partners and propose and implement more effective models.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire ADP offering.
• Maintain and create strong business relations with ADP Sales team and help drive additional sales through education and support
• Maintain and create strong business relations with Product teams and gain a comprehensive understanding of current and future states.
• Act as SME and liaise with the UK business on any security incidents and manage Business Continuity for the department.
• Monitor competition in the HRO / HR Services market. Work with Sales and Marketing and the rest of the business to understand competition and attend industry exhibitions and webinars etc.

• ‘Beyond Payroll’ revenue growth
• Impact of ‘Beyond Payroll’ service offering has on sales revenue and retention over the next 3 years.
