What you’ll do

Your mission: to ensure our processes are not only efficient and compliant but also perfectly tuned to meet the needs of our clients and teams. This role is all about upholding our firm’s high standards, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering invaluable support to our stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be at the epicentre of our operations, collaborating closely with the Executive Director.
  • Operational Excellence – Analyse and optimise existing workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality across departments.
  • Data and Performance Insight – Manage data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions, track key performance indicators, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management – Coordinate resources across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives, balancing priorities to meet both client and operational needs.
  • Compliance and Governance – Maintain and monitor adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, ensuring that compliance remains central to our operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with teams across the firm to understand their needs and provide operational support that drives success.
