As a Production Associate, you\’ll work with your hands on a variety of wood processing centers. Your daily tasks will vary, and you\’ll get to move around throughout the day while working closely with a team. No experience? No problem. We\’ll set you up for success with supportive, hands-on training. This role could be just the beginning of a meaningful career, with endless opportunities for promotion.

Highlights of your role
- Operate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipment
- Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues
- Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
Select a schedule that works for your life:
- Days: 4:15 a.m.-2:40 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) Pay: $20 per hour
- Evenings: 2:30 p.m.-1:00 a.m. (Monday-Thursday) Pay: $21 per hour
- Weekends: 4:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m. (Friday-Sunday) Pay: $21.50 per hour
Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.
Compensation
Pay starting at $20/hr
You\’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Learn to accurately read and use a calibrated tape measure.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attendance and the ability to be on time.
- Ability to work a physical job for 10 hours per day.
Also want to make sure you have
- Previous manufacturing experience or assembly experience is a plus.
- A high school diploma is strongly preferred.
