About The Role

We are actively seeking an Area Development Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, successful applicants will focus on developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and contributing to the company\’s growth.

Location: Slough

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

  • Sourcing new business essential for company growth.
  • Conducting site visits to evaluate requested works, confirming company capacity, quoting works, and liaising with operational teams to deliver exceptional, cost-effective, and timely service.
  • Working closely with depot managers to help achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Attending site visits, cold calling, and regional meetings, requiring a full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.

Experience And Qualifications Required

Exceptional sales and customer service skills are essential. We seek a dedicated, ambitious, hardworking individual with initiative, ideally with sales experience in the multi-utility/drainage industry.
